Apollo has a job opening for a Support Specialist in our Falls Church, VA, office.
We are looking for talented and motivated support specialists to understand and support our products and customers.
Our highest priority is customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position requires enthusiasm and skills for customer support and training, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. The ability to write technical documentation, analyze business processes and work with the software development lifecycle are highly desired.
Education: Bachelors degree or higher Experience: 2+ years supporting Windows based systems
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, experience providing IT support, availability to travel to customer sites in the US and Canada. Working with imaging devices and knowledge of networking protocols (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, etc) are a plus.
