Apollo has a job opening for a Software Developer in our Falls Church, VA, office. This position has been filled.
We are looking for a talented and motivated software developer with a Masters Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
This position will design, develop and support the Apollo EPMM®/PathPACS® software including robotics, adaptation to evolving standards and interfaces to hardware configurations; Implement the technologies for the next major release of Apollo EPMM and for future releases; Develop two main components – Robotic Microscope Telepathology System; Design and implement Apollo Web Portals with new features and enhancements; Enhance Windows-based services: email and ApolloMobileImage, specifically Apollo systems and database interactions; Design and develop interfaces to biomedical microscopy cameras; Assist in migration of web servers from IIS 6.0 to IIS 7.0.; Develop Restful Data Services as a process of Apollo systems enhancements and provide specialized Level 2/ Level 3 support for deployed products on ongoing basis using .NET 3.5 , ASP.NET, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, Aperio ImageScope, WebServer, WebScope, IC Imaging Control 3.2, Leadtools Imaging 17 and Microsoft SQL Server 2012.
Education: a Masters Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
